With an art major’s eye and a maker’s hands, she paints, sculpts, designs, and builds across every medium she touches. She’s the air‑plant whisperer, the color‑chooser, the idea‑shaper — turning inspiration into one‑of‑a‑kind creations that bring the whimsical side of Harbor Girl to life.

Kathy is the original maker — the one who grew the makers. Her lifelong love of plants and handcrafted miniatures shaped the daughters who now create beside her. From tiny clay mushrooms to delicate terrariums, her work is patient, detailed, and full of story. She’s the foundation of the family craft, the creative root from which Harbor Girl blossomed.

Native to the Northern Mitten, Sarah is the steady center of Harbor Girl. A nurse by day and plant lover always, she brings calm focus, thoughtful detail, and a deep love for growing things. She keeps the business grounded and moving forward, blending organization with quiet creativity. Every display, tiny world, and curated plant carries a bit of her caring heart.
